Donations are not refundable.
Please review your order and make sure to contact us if you have any questions or concerns before ordering.
Due to the health and sanitary nature of the products, any opened packages cannot be returned. For a return to be accepted, packages must be in their original packaging, still sealed, and your order number must be written on top of the package. Do not open the package to ensure it remains eligible for return.
You must have a tracking number for your return.

Shipping Issues & Refunds
If your package is lost, late or stolen, you must notify us promptly. We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to request a refund. Once the carrier approves and issues a refund to us, we will process a refund to you. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds until the carrier has completed their investigation and reimbursed us. Thank you for your understanding.
Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We ship exclusively to the shipping address entered at checkout. After an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order. Shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If the carrier returns the package to us, a refund or reshipment will be processed only after we receive the item in good condition.
